the driving force in Bergens famous artist group "Group
66". The exhibition in Bergen Kunstforening by "Group
66" in 1966 and "Operational Analysis" in 1970
was characterized as "chockproducts". Today he is a
living and a sharp defender of the figurative painting qualities
- not just as artistic craftsmanship, but also as a narrative,
message and as dream. While other parts of the artlife tend to
the introverted and unspeakable, Grundt is insists on making
himself understood. Many of his works offer a biting political
dimension. |
